Privacy

We keep what we need to come fix your car and to call you back. That is the whole list.

What we collect

• When you call or text: your number and whatever you tell us (cross street, vehicle, symptom). It stays on the phone.
• When you use a form: what you typed goes into our records on BackGold, the system that runs our contacts, applications, and the parts fund. Nothing else is attached to it.
• Weather: the site asks a weather service about Pinetop-Lakeside, not about you. No location is read from your device.
• Analytics: none that identifies you. The site does not set tracking cookies. A browser setting (the weather toggle) is remembered on your device only.

What we do with it

Come to you, call you back, thank you if you donated, and call you if you applied to the network. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to an advertiser. If you text “stop,” we stop.

Payments

Cash App and Venmo payments happen inside those apps under their terms. We see the name and amount you sent, nothing more.
