Car lockout service in the White Mountains
Keys on the seat, dog in the car, engine running at the boat ramp. We open it without a scratch and without a lecture.
$55 plus mileage · Prices are the floor. We set a fair number with you.
We use wedges and long-reach tools, the same way a dealership does it, not a slim jim through the weatherstrip. Modern doors with side airbags and lock rods behind shields are exactly why the old way scratches paint and breaks linkages.
A child or an animal inside the vehicle moves you to the front of the line. Call, do not text, and tell us that first.
We will ask for ID or proof the car is yours when we arrive. Registration in the glovebox counts once the door is open; a matching name on the insurance card on your phone works too.
When you call, have this
- Where the car is
- Year, make, and model
- Whether anyone or any animal is inside
Questions people ask
Will you damage the door?
No. Wedges and long-reach tools open the door the way a dealer would. We do not use slim jims on vehicles with side airbags or shielded lock rods, which is almost everything built this century.
What do you need from me?
Proof it is your car once the door is open: registration, insurance card, or a matching ID. If you are locked out of a rental, have the agreement on your phone.
My keys are lost, not locked in. Can you help?
We can open the door. We do not cut or program keys; a locksmith does that. We can tell you who to call in Show Low.
How much is a lockout?
$55 plus mileage, measured from Lakeside.
